Recycling

We have currently have 31 recycling schemes in-store, which you can use whilst the store is open.

The majority raise funds for the Trash Cafe Network, to help them continue their fight against food waste.

* Burt’s bees facial cleansing towelettes (Burt’s Bee brand only)

*Bakery packaging 

*Bread bags – WAX PAPER ones from Warburtons 

* Bakery recycling sponsored by Warburtons: Any brand of plastic bread bags and closure tags, any bakery plastic packaging e.g plastic zipper bags, plastic trays and plastic bags

*Cake bar wrappers (ANY BRAND)* Cheese Wrappers (Any Brand of plastic cheese wrappers)

*Cleaning refill plastic flexible packaging

*Cheese packaging- Any brand including vegan cheese.

*Coffee Caps – Lavazza ECO caps ONLY

*Coffee Bags – Taylors of Harrogate ONLY – coffee bean pouches, Coffee bag sachets and ground coffee pouches. 

*Confectionery -Any brand of Chocolate plastic pouches and sweet bags, chocolate and sweets plastic multipack packaging and plastic chocolate bar wrappers

* Hasbro – Hasbro brand games and toys but not electrical toys.

*Kinder flexible plastic packaging

*Kinder chocolate wrappers

*Kinder aluminium foil packaging

*Kinder rigid plastic packaging (the things around their toys and the kinder joys)

*Laundry washing pods and capsules flexible plastic packaging only

*Lipstick, Lip gloss and lip balm packaging

*Mascara tubes and wands

*Oral hygiene packaging ANY BRAND from tooth brushes, tubes, tooth brush packaging, floss boxes…

* Pringles tubes and lids- this brand only

*Stain Remover powder flexible packaging

*Tinted fabric conditioner bottles (not clear ones as these can be recycled in your household recycling bin in Hampshire).

*Tinted plastic rigid tubs used for home cleaning products.

*Water Filters following types only (Aqua Optima universal water filters, Aqua Optima evolve 30 day & 60 day water filters and Aqua Optima original 30 day & 60 day water filters)

*Wipes flexible plastic packaging used for home cleaning.
