Grass-Fed Cheddar (Lye Cross Farm)
Handcrafted the Alvis way, this Cheddar is made using traditional techniques and with organic milk from certified 100% grass fed cows. The unique herds supplying the milk are raised without the use of any antibiotics and the low density nature of their husbandry helps to prevent illness. The grass diet creates a vibrant yellow cheese and a rich buttery flavour.
Ingredients: Raw whole organic 100% grass fed cows milk. permitted non organic ingredient – salt, rennet, starter culture
