Clearspring Organic Avocado Oil – 250ml
Cold-pressed from the creamy flesh of Chilean avocados, Clearspring Organic Avocado Oil has a delicious, nutty flavour which is perfect for a large range of dishes. It can be use for dipping with bread, adding colour, smoothness and flavour to dressings, stir-fry and even deep-frying as it has a very high smoke point. It is also cholesterol free, rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and it’s high in monounsaturated fat. In many countries is it is a recommended ingredient as part of a healthy heart diet.
Try drizzling a little Clearspring Organic Avocado Oil mixed with Tamari and Balsamic Vinegar over a salad of tofu, wakame and tomato for a rich finish, or add Avocado Oil to grated beetroot, carrot and cabbage along with a little Rice Vinegar, Sea Salt, Roasted Seeds and Soya. Alternatively, use it as a substitute for butter in cakes, muffins and pastry or drizzled over warm vegetables or pasta. When you cook with avocado oil, the distinctive colour becomes clear, so your dishes won’t all turn out green.
