with visible caramel coating. They should be of the correct grade and size. They should
be free from excessive marking, infestation, greying or dulling.
A predominantly sweet cinnamon & maple aroma with some roasted nut aromas coming
through. It will be free from foreign and burnt odours, taints, rancidity & staleness.
