About Chervil
Widely used in French cuisine, chervil carries subtle yet distinctive flavour somewhat similar to regular parsley, with a slight hint of aniseed.
When using it in hot cooking, add chervil very late on, to protect its delicate flavour. Chervil butter, chervil-based soups and salad dressings are all must-try tongue pleasers which use this superb herb.
