Bladderwrack is a type of seaweed that is brown in colour and comes from the Pacific and Atlantic oceans and also occasionally the North Sea, Baltic Sea and Meditarranean Sea. It is rich in iodine, in fact it is one of the highest iodine containing sea vegetables, and is often used in traditional medicine for issues such as thyroid dysfunctions.

Suggested Use
Infuse 1 teaspoon per cup of hot water up to 3 times per day. Steep for at least 10 minutes before drinking.
It can also been used as a seasoning in soups and stews.
Please note: it is recommended that we only consume a maximum of 3 cups of bladderwrack tea a day and no more than 150mcg iodine should be consumed from all sources in one day.
