Our mix contains quality ingredients in the correct amounts. All you need to do is add a bit of butter, milk an it bakes in the microwave in 60 seconds.

Ingredients: Self raising flour (wheat flour, raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), statutory nutrients (calcium, niacin, iron, thiamin)), dark brown sugar (sugar, cane molasses), ground ginger (1%) ground cinnamon, mixed spice (coriander, cinnamon, ginger, fennel, nutmeg, clove, cardamom), salt (salt, anti-caking agent: sodium ferrocyanide).
