Mate (pronounced ‘mat-ay’) is a traditional South American tea, which has a very high nutritional value. Enjoyed hot or cold, use approximately 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of water to get the best results, as we sell this tea loose so you will have to strain the leaves after it has been brewed.
